Sergeant James Tietje introduces K9 Titus, the newest member of Fairmont Police Department. Sgt. Tietje and K9 Titus trained for several weeks at the Minneapolis Police Department K9 Training Facility. K9 Titus is a 19 month old German Shepherd who was born in Germany.
